Lead Generation Team Member

Suh’dutsing Staffing Services, LLC (SSS) is seeking individuals who have great experience with B2B Telesales Professionals (full-time, M-F), to be part of a Lead Generation Team. Team members will conduct outbound cold calling campaigns for our Professional Staffing Service Practice. You will work with large and medium size IT Companies that use subcontractors to fulfill their temporary and full time IT needs, generate new business opportunities, and set qualified sales appointments for our internal sales team to present our service offerings.

There were will be a formal training and orientation program before you go live. Requires good communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer service skills, professional image, and the ability to work as a team player.

  • A minimum of three years successful telesales experience required.
  • All candidates must possess excellent communication skills, (prospecting, handling objections, diligent follow up, etc.)

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Zero to three (3) years of successful business to business telesales experience required (part-time work acceptable).
  • A desire to interact with prospective customers with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to take direction and follow through.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Must have the ability to work well independently as well as with others as part of a team.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Must maintain confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Must be able to prioritize  projects, perform tasks in a time sensitive, hi-volume environment, willing to work a flexible schedule, take directions, and act as a team player.
  • Must be detail oriented, energetic, and have great organizational skills.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Must pass a background check.
