CBE offers a 401(k) savings plan that allows you to save pre-taxed dollars and invest it in a multitude of different investment options. In some cases, CBE offers a matching contribution; all matching contributions are 100% vested.

Employees can be reimbursed for tuition expenses which are directly related to their current work or for future career advancement.
